Citrus Glazed Canadian Salmon
Simply the best salmon dish! I am wondering if it's wild caught though…if it's farmed salmon, that would be the only downside. I feel like if it was wild caught they would say that on the menu. The whole experience at Sapphire was utterly amazing! We already have booked our return trip for September for our anniversary and Sapphire is on the top of our list.
45 Day Aged Bone-In Ribeye Steak
The atmosphere was lively and comfortable. The aged vibe-in ribeye was perfectly temped and delicious. Service was great. Thank you Melissa.
Hand Cut Herb Fries
After numerous visits to Sapphire, I continue to be impressed by the level of service from every staff member. I am also impressed by the food quality. In particular, the Hand Cut Herb Fries are consistently crisp, fresh, and simply amazing!
Chef's Daily Bowl of Soup
Soups are so tasty and fresh. Homemade and unique. All lunch items I've tried are delicious . Great Bloody Mary too!
Crispy Jidori Chicken Schnitzel with Maitake Mushrooms
Absolutely delicious entree! Flavors were blended perfectly, and the portion was sizeable. Duck meatball appetizer was also wonderful. Service was very good, as was the ambiance.

Healthy Vegetable & Cage Free Egg Scramble
This omelet was loaded with artichoke hearts and a variety of other great veggies! Have had it several times and it never disappoints.
Grilled Canadian Salmon & Organic Sweet Gem Lettuce Salad
The best salmon salad anywhere! A generous portion of salmon grilled to perfection. Never dry. The salad is delicious with plenty of tomatoes, goat cheese and hazelnuts for flavor and crunch. The meyer lemon dressing is the best. The cookie dessert is amazing! And the service provided by Mike and Marvin is excellent. That is why we keep coming back.
